Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Praxium Wellness Systems, LLC collects, uses, protects, and shares information when users access Praxium and related services.
Scope and Who We Are
This policy applies to Praxium websites, applications, authentication flows, support, and related services operated by Praxium Wellness Systems, LLC. A studio or other customer may separately control information it collects through its Praxium workspace; contact that organization for questions about its own practices.
Information We Process
Praxium Wellness Systems, LLC processes information that users or connected services provide to Praxium, including account and profile information, authentication records, workspace content, documents, notes, tasks, integration metadata, support communications, and data returned by authorized third-party connections. We also process limited device, browser, log, security, and usage information needed to operate and protect the service.
Google Sign-In Data
If you choose Google Sign-In, Praxium receives the basic profile information you authorize, such as your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image. We use it only to authenticate you, create or link your Praxium account, protect the service, and provide requested account functionality. Praxium does not request access to Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, contacts, or other sensitive Google data for Google Sign-In.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and personalize Praxium, authenticate users, fulfill user-requested actions, sync separately authorized integrations, generate requested analysis, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, provide support, and communicate about the service. We do not sell personal information or use Google Sign-In data for advertising.
Connected Services
When a user separately connects a third-party service, Praxium Wellness Systems, LLC accesses only the data authorized through that service's consent flow and uses it to provide the requested integration. Users can disconnect integrations from Praxium or revoke access through the third-party provider.
Google API Limited Use
Praxium's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help operate Praxium under appropriate restrictions, with a workspace or integration when directed or authorized by the user, to protect users and the service, when required by law, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections. We do not permit service providers to use Google Sign-In data for their own advertising.
Security and Retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to provide and secure the service, satisfy documented customer instructions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, then delete or de-identify it as appropriate.
Your Choices and Requests
You can choose not to use Google Sign-In, sign out, disconnect separately connected services, or revoke Google access from your Google account settings. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information controlled by Praxium Wellness Systems, LLC, email tyler@askprax.ai. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited information where legally required or necessary for security.
Children
Praxium is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through account registration.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required.

Recovery Studio Growth Leverage Audit
The public audit processes business contact details, closed-choice operating answers, optional studio economics and planning sensitivities, the resulting snapshot, consent status, and bounded attribution such as campaign parameters, referrer, landing path, and supported advertising click identifiers. The audit does not ask for member names, member health data, protocols, diagnoses, credentials, payment data, or other clinical information.
Saving and delivering the requested snapshot is transactional and does not require marketing consent. The optional 30-day follow-up series starts only when its separate checkbox is selected. Each marketing message provides an unsubscribe path; an unsubscribe is recorded as a suppression so the sequence stops.
The audit is not approved for production activation until an explicit retention period is configured. No production launch should collect audit records while this notice is shown. To request access, correction, or deletion, email tyler@askprax.ai.
