Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Praxium and related services provided by Praxium Wellness Systems, LLC.
Agreement and Eligibility
These Terms are an agreement between you and Praxium Wellness Systems, LLC. By accessing Praxium, you confirm that you can enter this agreement and, if you use Praxium for an organization, that you are authorized to bind that organization.
Use of the Service
Praxium provides software for organizing work, supporting wellness-business operations, connecting authorized systems, and generating user-requested analysis. Users are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information they provide and for using the service in compliance with applicable laws, professional obligations, and internal policies.
Accounts and Access
Users must provide accurate account information, keep credentials and devices secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Google Sign-In is optional and is also subject to Google's applicable terms. Users may connect only services and data they are authorized to access. Administrators are responsible for workspace membership, permissions, and connected-service access.
Customer Data
Users retain ownership of their content and connected-service data. Praxium Wellness Systems, LLC may process that data to provide, secure, support, and improve Praxium, including through authorized service providers.
Third-Party Services
Third-party integrations and identity providers are governed by the user's authorization and the applicable provider terms. Praxium is not responsible for third-party services. Users may disconnect integrations in Praxium or revoke access through the third-party provider.
Acceptable Use
Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful content, or use Praxium to violate rights or legal obligations.
Wellness and AI Information
Praxium is an operational software service, not a medical provider. Unless expressly agreed in writing, Praxium does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, emergency services, legal advice, or financial advice. Automated or AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by a qualified human before it is used for clinical, safety, financial, legal, or other consequential decisions.
Service Changes and Availability
We may maintain, improve, change, suspend, or discontinue service features. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Preview, beta, or experimental features may change and may not be suitable for production use.
Suspension and Termination
Users may stop using Praxium at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful use, material breach, nonpayment under an applicable order, or harm to Praxium, users, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
Disclaimers and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Praxium is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without implied warranties. Neither party excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect service or legal changes. We will post revised Terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
